How does your apparel fit?
Fit varies depending on the garment and style. Check the size guide provided with each product before ordering rather than relying solely on your usual size. Keep shrinkage in mind
Where can I find sizing information?
Sizing information is provided on the individual product page whenever available. I strongly recommend checking the measurements before ordering.
Is your apparel made to order?
Much of the apparel available online is produced to order. This allows us to offer more designs and sizes without producing piles of clothing that may never find a home.
How long does apparel take to ship?
Because made-to-order apparel needs to be produced before it can ship, processing times are generally longer than for products I keep in stock. Current estimated production and delivery information will be provided during ordering where available.
Greeting Cards & Art Prints
What size are your greeting cards?
Most greeting cards are 5" × 7" unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Do your greeting cards include envelopes?
Yes. Greeting cards include an envelope, so all you need to provide is the questionable handwriting and the recipient.
Are your cards blank inside?
It depends on the design. Some are blank and others have an inside message. The product listing will show or describe the inside of the card when applicable.
What kind of paper are your art prints printed on?
Print materials can vary by collection and print type. You'll find the specific paper and printing details in each product listing.
Do art prints come framed?
Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, frames shown in product photographs are for display purposes and art prints are sold unframed.
Are your prints reproductions of original artwork?
Many are. Selected prints are created from my original paintings and illustrations, while others begin as digitally created artwork. The individual product description will tell you more about the piece.
Can I return or exchange apparel?
Since these products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us, and we’ll make it right!
How should I wash my apparel?
Follow the care instructions provided with your garment. In general, washing inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat will help protect printed designs and keep them looking their best.
Stickers, Coasters & Other Good Stuff FAQs
Are your stickers waterproof?
Durability varies depending on the sticker material and design, so check the individual product listing for details before putting one somewhere that will regularly encounter water or weather.
How should I clean my coasters?
You cannot truly wash or submerge paper coasters in water because liquid causes them to warp, dissolve, and fall apart. Instead, gently brush off dry dirt with a soft cloth or toothbrush, dab spots lightly with a barely damp cloth, and let them air dry completely
Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?
I work hard to represent colours accurately, but screens have minds of their own. Slight variations in colour are possible depending on your device, screen settings and the material the design is printed on.

How much of my #HeartsInMotion purchase is donated?
10% of all sales from the #HeartsInMotion collection are donated to mental health initiatives.
Where does the money go?
Donations from #HeartsInMotion support mental health initiatives and organizations doing meaningful work in our communities. Information about specific initiatives and partnerships will be shared as they are selected.
Which purchases support #HeartsInMotion?
Only products identified as part of the #HeartsInMotion collection contribute to the initiative. Purchases from other Harper House Studio collections are not included in the donation program.
