Natural Stone Variations
Semi-precious stones are natural materials, which means variations in colour, pattern and texture are completely normal. No two stones are exactly alike, so the piece you receive may vary slightly from the one shown in the photos. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
About Plated Metals
The metals used in some of our jewellery are plated to enhance their colour and finish. Plating is a thin layer applied over a base metal and, like all plated jewellery, may gradually fade or wear with regular use. This is a natural part of plated jewellery and not considered a defect. Proper care—such as keeping pieces away from water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals—will help preserve the finish for as long as possible.
Jewellery Care
To help your plated jewellery stay beautiful for as long as possible, keep it clean and dry. Water, sweat, perfume, lotions, sunscreen, soaps and other everyday products can cause plating to wear more quickly.
Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and put it on after applying perfume, hairspray and lotions. When you're not wearing it, store it somewhere clean and dry—preferably away from humid areas like the bathroom.
A little extra care goes a long way in keeping your jewellery looking its best.
